At the recent Winter NAMM 2011, John 5 chatted with Jammit, about why he is endorsing this great new revolutionary project which will allow you the player to strip down, isolate the tracks from your fav artist and listen, learn and play yourself.

WATCH:

Jammit is an app that will be free to download the software and then you purchase the original tracks – not studio or session musicians – and strip them away to learn them.

From Jammit’s website:

Jammit is the revolutionary play-along software that gives you access to the original multi-track recordings. For the first time, you can isolate the elements that you want to hear in your favorite recordings. Now you can learn to play them accurately with the aid of slow mode, phrase looping and digital transcriptions.

As their CEO Scott Humphrey said in an interview with Blabbermouth:

“What makes Jammit unique is that it lets users interact with the original recordings of the artists they love. By providing this unprecedented access, we’re enabling people to learn these fantastic songs at their own pace and in their own style.”

Jammit will be available soon.  Sign up to their newsletter to find out when it will be available and find out more about this product: http://store.jammit.com/
