Another interview ahead of the Sellersville, PA show on February 10th, this time with the Morning Call who talk in depth with John 5 about the making of the “It’s Alive” album, including why he decided to release it on vinyl; “What a fun thing. Let’s put it out on vinyl because it really feels like an old-time record,” he says. “Because there was no overdubs; there wasn’t anything done to this record. So it really feels like one of those old-school records. And that’s why I was, like, ‘Let’s put it out on vinyl. It’ll be fun for people to have“.
John 5 also talks about his relationship with Rob Zombie “…the guy’s taught me so much about the business, and he’s taught me so much in general. So I’m thankful for him“.
