“With guitar instrumental records, you get one thing and it’s hard to listen to [one thing] all the way through. Even for guitar players it’s kinda tough. I like to put together different styles to keep the listener entertained. It’d be like eating the same meal again and again; it’d get tiresome. I just put some different styles in there, and put a cover of Ace Frehley’s “Fractured Mirror” on the record. It was the first instrumental I heard and I loved KISS so much. It turned out to be one of my favorite songs for quite a long time – and I was only eight or nine years old when it came out. To do a cover of that song was something special.”
