John 5 is out on the road for a Fall run of his Strung Ou<\/em>t solo tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This past weekend (7 & 8 September) he returned to play 2 shows in his home state of Michigan. Before embarking on those shows he spoke to The Detroit News about returning home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt\u2019s very special to me,\u201d John 5 said about hometown gigs. \u201cI get to see friends and family. It\u2019s just a very comforting feeling, if you will. I really enjoy it. Sometimes there\u2019s a lot of pressure because I can\u2019t say hi to everyone. But I really, really enjoy coming back and seeing everybody.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
